Mariah May attacked Timeless Toni Storm on AEW Collision after the Grand Slam. The former world champion punched and delivered a Storm Zero to her former mentor. May cried and asked Storm to see what she had done to her. Mariah hoped to deliver a Hollywood ending in their rematch for the world title at AEW Revolution in March 2025.

May attacked Toni backstage on Collision before she could enter the arena. The star wrestler dragged Toni into the arena and humiliated her former mentor in front of everyone. She punched, delivered a Storm Zero to Toni, and pulled Storm to the area of focus.

Mariah May hugged Toni, started to cry, and claimed her former mentor ensured she became a monster. Mariah promised a Hollywood ending in the rematch for the world title at AEW Revolution. In the process, she confirmed the match between her and Toni in the upcoming PLE.

The history between Mariah May and Timeless Toni Storm

Mariah and Toni have been feuding for over half a year. Everything started after May won the Owen Hart Tournament to earn a shot at the world title. She launched a surprising attack on her mentor and even took out her manager. It led to their match at AEW 'All In' where May successfully beat Toni to win her maiden world title.

A few months after the big loss, Toni made her return to AEW Dynamite and acted as if she had forgotten everything that happened in the last couple of years. Storm played the role of an individual with Amnesia well. On AEW Collision before the Grand Slam, Storm confirmed that she was aware of her past.

At Grand Slam, Toni and Mariah faced each other in a rematch. With the help of the home crowd, Storm successfully regained the title and celebrated her win. Toni showed up on AEW Dynamite and addressed her win over Mariah. While she threw the challenge to the entire locker room, Mariah did not let her go.
