Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana stood tall against Jon Moxley after the Main Event of AEW Revolution. Strickland delivered a Swerve Stomp from the top of the stands and sent a message to Moxley. While Jon successfully defended his world title against Cope and prevented Christian Cage's cash-in, Swerve became his Number 1 contender by beating Ricochet at AEW Revolution.

After Jon had managed to retain his world title and headed back to the locker room, Prince Nana confronted him. The duo had a serious conversation, and the security guards intervened to stop it from escalating further. While Prince Nana and Moxley had a war of words, Swerve was spotted at the top of the stands.

Swerve will be Jon's upcoming challenger in a major PLE. Fans hoped to see him ending the title reign of the Death Riders star.
