Mariah May disguised herself as Toni Storm and entered the arena on AEW Dynamite. The star wrestler pulled off a great character development, as she portrayed the character of Toni to a near perfection. Be it the costume, the mannerisms, the entrance, or her interaction with the crowd, Mariah nearly seemed like Storm herself. The only thing that separated her from Toni was the way she spoke.

Timeless Toni Storm is someone who gives retro vibes with her character. She speaks in a filmy way and looks so much like a woman from the past. While May did seem like that, she did not seem to be from the retro period. May spoke in her own way in a slow accent, compared to the fast accent of Storm. As Mariah entered the arena, the fans couldn's realize it was May.

The commentators recognized that it was Mariah May and not Toni. One of the commentators used the word "Bi*ch" to describe the former Prodigy. Mariah addressed the fans about her attack on Toni. She claimed herself to be Storm and spoke on her behalf. The fans booed her presence in the ring and May did not give a damn about it. Slowly, Mariah started to give her take on the attack.

Did Mariah May plan everything for attention?

On AEW Dynamite, the commentators felt it was a plan from May to disguise as Toni to further get on the nerves of the champion. They also claimed it was her plan to join Toni and gain her confidence to eventually betray her to get all the attention in the world. Ahead of their match at 'All In', Mariah received flak from the experts, commentators, fans, and everyone else for her attack on Storm.

At Wembley, May will be at her home. She might or not get the support from the fans. But there is a chance of her turning out to be the greates challenge for the AEW Women's hampion to date. It is likely to be a main event in London and the result could be in May's favor, given the PLE is set to happen at her home. It would be great to see what Storm would react to May's attack on her.
