Mariah May overcame the toughest challenge of her life and beat Toni Storm to become the new AEW Women's Champion. The glamor Mariah claimed a win via pinfall and celebrated it in front of her home crowd. Despite receiving a lot of heat, May emerged victorious and proved her caliber as a wrestler. It turned out to be the best night of May's career.

The match at 'All In' was even Stevens as both the wrestlers gave their everything. It was more of a cinema than a match as a lot of crazy elements were involved in it. Even before the match could start, May cut a promo in which Toni's death was revealed to be in 2024. The duo entered the arena with different reactions from the fans.

While Toni Storm was cheered by the fans and received the chants of "Toni", Mariah May was booed by the fans. There were some aggressive moments in the match. May delivered a powerbomb through the floor and damaged Storm. In reply to it, Toni got the revenge she wanted as hitting May's head led to the flow of blood. It was a payback for Mariah who ensured blood flew out of Toni's head in the past.

Mariah May celebrates her maiden AEW world title win

During the match, there were some top-heel-and-face moments between the duo. May kicked Luger through the barricade and then slapped her own mother. Toni being the good person among the two ended up consoling May's mother. She picked herself up and tried to give Mariah a beating for her life. For a moment, it seemed like Toni would defend her title.

Unfortunately, it was not to be. Despite suffering pain and blood flowing out of her head, May delivered her finisher and pinned Storm to claim a win. In the process, she became the new AEW Women's Champion. It was a great moment to witness as May claimed her maiden world title since joining the company in October 2023. The fans celebrated her win despite her bad nature lately.
