Anna Jay claimed she was scared to death in the match against Syuri on Stardom. The AEW star faced Syuri in the Grand Prix and was brutally attacked by the former. Yet, she stayed in the contest and lost in grace. After the match, she spoke to the hosts and asked them to see her condition. She said she kept going for the win despite the pain.
Anna Jay said that it would hurt her for the rest of the Grand Prix before she would gain an advantage. She said she would not give a f*ck anymore and wanted to just win the tournament. She claimed to get better and hoped to heal from the pain. The video has gone viral on X and other social media platforms. The fans praised the commitment of the AEW star in her bouts lately.

Jay earlier spoke about her state of mind before going into the match. Anna felt it was frightening but she went for the gold. She spoke about how she got the win in the first bout but ended up losing to Starlight Kid in the second but still felt good. The star wrestler claimed she was scared to death in the match against Syuri.

The talented wrestler added that she went for the fight and proved why she deserved to be in the ring among the best. She hoped to wrestle Syuri again and claimed her to be an amazing wrestler. Despite having a hurt arm, Anna hoped to do good in Japan. She currently trials by 1-3 after losing to the likes of Syuri and Starlight Kid.
“But I did it. And I’m proving that I deserve it. deserve to be here and deserve to keep working at this. Syuri is amazing and I hope I get to wrestle her again, even though my arm probably will be hurting for days. So, I’m loving it here. I’m tired, I’m sore, but I want to keep going. Thank you," said Anna in the post-match talk to the hosts.
