Erling Haaland would make a great wrestler
Gunther described Manchester City star Erling Haaland as a footballer who has the charisma and physique of a wrestler. Gunther felt Erling Haaland would make a charismatic wrestler if he took to the ring.
“Right now? It depends on who the best character, I guess. I think from England in the Premier League right now, maybe Erling Haaland would be good. He’s quite tall. He’s charismatic. He’s a machine, so I think he could have a career in that.” Gunther said.
Erling Haaland has contributed to Manchester City's success, being part of the roster during two Premier League title wins, one FA Cup victory, and one UEFA Champions League triumph.
The natural goal poacher had been in sublime form, scoring in European club competitions before he sustained an injury that ruled him out for the rest of the season. Haaland has scored 30 goals in 39 appearances for the Citizens this season. He had also signed a new 9-year contract with the citizens back in January.
The Manchester City star is reportedly being approached by 15-time Champions League winners Real Madrid. Haaland has always been the centre of attention for most of the top European clubs.
