Rooney believes that the 23-year-old forward will need atleast a decade to match to the levels of Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian captain has 35 goal contributions this season despite having a cold season. The former Everton man believes Salah does not gets the credit he deserves.

Rooney compares Salah with Foden

Rooney said Premier League Productions, "He is a player, who at times in games, you feel like he isn’t interested in the game, but they are always the most dangerous players. You almost forget about them." He feels the 31-year-old footballer has often been overseen and the numbers of him shows the workload of the player for the Reds.

There are rumours that the Egyptian might leave the club after the end of the season. The Birmingham City head coach believes there are a 8-10 years left for Foden to prove himself and be one of the best in the world and he also would like to see him to get the desreved credit.
