Manchester City will be playing Real Madrid on Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) quarter-finals at the Santiago Bernabeu. The Sky Blues have not had the best season as they are third placed in the English Premier League table with one point behind Arsenal. Pep Guardiola's side might have not played the best in England but they will definitely like to defend the UCL title and win the game against the most successful UCL team of all time.
Phil Foden for City has been exceptional, the amount of talent he posses has been mesmerising to watch. The English forward is having his peach of time with the club. In the ongoing season after the new year he has find the net 13 times and has four assists in 17 matches in all competitions for the club. The head coach will be surely dependent on him on Tuesday to show some moment of brilliance and score a goal. He scored a hattrick in the home game against Aston Villa.
However former Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney has dropped a comment about the English winger. Rooney believes that the 23-year-old forward will need atleast a decade to match to the levels of Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian captain has 35 goal contributions this season despite having a cold season. The former Everton man believes Salah does not gets the credit he deserves.

Rooney said Premier League Productions, "He is a player, who at times in games, you feel like he isn’t interested in the game, but they are always the most dangerous players. You almost forget about them." He feels the 31-year-old footballer has often been overseen and the numbers of him shows the workload of the player for the Reds.
There are rumours that the Egyptian might leave the club after the end of the season. The Birmingham City head coach believes there are a 8-10 years left for Foden to prove himself and be one of the best in the world and he also would like to see him to get the desreved credit.
