Pig's head (Source: X)
A pig's head was thrown onto the field by fans during a football game, disrupting the game. The Paulista derby is a Brazilian match between Corinthians and Palmeiras that takes place at the Corinthians Arena. Since both teams are from Sao Paulo, there is a lot of rivalry among supporters. In the most recent encounter between the two teams, it was demonstrated when, 28 minutes into the game, a severed pig's head was tossed into the field.
When the head appeared from the crowd during a corner, Yuri Aberto, a striker for Corinthians, hurried over to push it out of the way. The stadium crew then gathered the head and cleared the playing field completely. It is thought that because Palmeiras is known as the Pigs, the home fans attempted to hurl their heads at the players.
A real pig's head was thrown onto the field by Corinthians supporters while Palmeiras players were getting ready to take a corner kick in the first half when the score was tied at zero. Fans in the stadium captured the scene on camera and posted it to social media. Goals from Rodrigo Garro and Alberto helped Corinthians win the derby 2-0.

Because Palmeiras are known as the "pigs" among Corinthians supporters, a pig's head was utilized in this instance. That in itself goes back to 1976, when Wadih Helu, the president of Corinthians, labelled his opponent a pig for refusing to halt a match between the two teams after two Corinthians players died.
The same incident happened even before in Spain
The same incident took place in 2002 when a pig's head was thrown at Luis Figo during a game for Los Blancos in 2002, it became one of the most well-known pictures of the rivalry between Barcelona and Real Madrid. The pig's head that fell a few meters from Figo during a Clasico at Camp Nou on November 23, 2002, is the most notorious of them.
