WATCH: Jude Bellingham explains Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr. strategy in dugout

The first match of Real Madrid in La Liga was with Mallorca which ended in a draw. La Liga champions Real Madrid have a strong squad as Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham, and Vini Jr. were all playing in the starting line-up against Mallorca. The game started with Real Madrid as he took an earlier advantage in the 13th minute. 

Rodrygo scored the first goal of the game in the 13th minute of the match as he got a pass from Vinicius Jr. Later Mallorca started to counter-attack and put pressure on Real Madrid as they started to dominate the match. Though Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe were the constant threat to Mallorca's defence but failed to capitalize as both the star players failed to score a goal in Real Madrid’s 1^st match of the La Liga campaign.

As the game was 1-0 till halftime Real Madrid missed many chances to get more goals. During the half-time in tunnel Jude Bellingham was seen giving some instruction to Kylian Mbappe. Later the video of both players talking about the match went viral on the internet. Jude Bellingham was telling Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr. that you both should do something to score a goal as we are losing possession and the defence is struggling.

Mallorca equalled the score 

As the game resumed after half-time Vedat Muriqi scored a header in the 53^rd minute of the game as Mallorca equalled the game. However, in the ending minutes of the match Kylian Mbappe tried to score a goal by Dominik Greif goalkeeper of Mallorca saved as Real Madrid failed to take the lead in the match. By the time the game went into stoppage time Ferland Mendy of Real Madrid got a red card for a harsh tackle. 

Currently, due to this draw Real Madrid has placed in the 12^th position in La Lagia points table. Their arch-rivals Barcelona are in the second position after winning against Valencia. Meanwhile, Real Madrid will face Real Valladolid on 25^th August.
