Gabriel Martinelli vs Southampton

After Saka set him up at the back post with a wonderful cross, substitute Gabriel Martinelli handed Arsenal the advantage during the 69th minute with a beautiful first-time strike from close range. At the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, Arsenal's English Premier League match against Southampton saw the Gunners come back from behind to win 3-1 thanks in large part to winger Bukayo Saka. The Gunners had a thrilling second half where they had to stage a comeback to secure the three points.

The visiting Saints, who entered the game in 19th spot in the league with one point, had a boring first half until Cameron Archer gave them an unexpected lead in the 55th minute. However, Bukayo Saka enabled Kai Havertz to equalize just under four minutes later, so it was short-lived.

In a thrilling finish, Tyler Dibling's deflected drive struck the foot of Raya's post and Adam Armstrong's attempt cannoned onto the bar. However, Trossard managed to get away as the Saints attempted to equalize. Saka added a goal of his own during the 88th minute that put the game beyond reach.

With the victory, Arsenal now sits one point behind leaders Liverpool and in third place in the standings with 17 points, one point ahead of second-place Manchester City going into the international break.

Leicester City clinch crucial first victory of the season

Attacking midfielder Facundo Buonanotte's spectacular first-half goal gave Leicester City its first Premier League victory of the year as the home team defeated Bournemouth 1-0 inside the King Power Stadium on Saturday.

To the joy of the home crowd, Buonanotte's solo effort gave Leicester City the lead in the 16th minute. After receiving a lofted cross from defender James Justin, the Argentine struck powerfully with his left foot towards the top corner. Lewis Cook, a defensive midfielder, scored from a direct free-kick during the 65th minute and appeared to have leveled the score for Bournemouth, but his effort was flagged offside.
