Chelsea Football Club's new manager Enzo Maresca has urged the fans and the club management to show more patience. The team has played three games so far with 4 points and is currently 11th in the table. The next match for the Blues is against Bournemouth late on Saturday.
Enzo Maresca replaced Mauricio Pochettino after leading Leicester City back to the Premier League. Last season Chelsea struggled before a late-season revival in form saw the team finish in the top half of the table.

The former Premier League Champions are facing yet another battle with club owners having their issues.
During an exclusive chat with Sky Sports, the Chelsea Manager said, “We are in a transition phase, as I said before we are trying to build something important, not just for this season but also for the next five years. This squad at this moment is the youngest squad of the Premier League.”

Just like the Chelsea Manager, even Erik Ten Hag who is under pressure at Old Trafford has made a statement. The Red Devils travel to Southampton for the first kick of the Match week 4. The game is important with United have lost their first two out of three opening games of the season.
Erik Ten Hag recently speaking about the transition phase said, “In football you have to win, you have to deliver, that’s clear. It’s good that the new leadership acknowledge this and says this”. According to many reports Ten Hag is facing fresh questions over his job after the 3-0 loss to Liverpool in their previous game.
The Manchester United manager also said, “Transition period? It’s not only to do with me. Nobody can deny in these last eight or nine months a lot has happened to this club. There's a new leadership team, a new structure and ownership structure, a new leadership team”.
Enzo Maresca just like Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag began his top flight career in England with a loss. This was followed a by 6-2 win over Wolves and then drew at home with 1-1 margin against Crystal Palace.
During his chat with Sky Sports, the Chelsea FC coach was asked about the ownership issue plaguing the club. Maresca replied, “Yes, could be, sometimes I feel these kinda things need time and aren’t done quick but also at the same time I don’t know about the future that is why I prefer to focus on the football side.”
