Ansu Fati's struggles at Barcelona don't seem to end, as he was yet again benched for the fixture against Celta Vigo. Ansu Fati's eyes glowed when he was asked to warm up but his wishes soon deflated as the manager sent out super-sub Pau Victor.

The 22-year-old was spotted getting ready to enter the pitch during the second half; however, the German coach ultimately opted for Pau Victor, leaving Fati visibly disheartened. In response, the winger threw his bib to the ground and kicked the seats on the bench in frustration, while his teammates and staff chose to refrain from intervening.

Despite being fully fit since returning from his exploits at Brighton, his position under Hansi Flick doesn't appear to improve, as he has only clocked a total of 191 playing minutes in 9 matches this season. He is still in search of his first goal of the season.

The academy graduate was once regarded as the club's future, but a series of injuries and inconsistent playing time have hindered his development. Despite Fati's desire to stay at the club, his reduced playing time raises questions about his position in Flick’s long-term strategy.

Barcelona defeated Celta Vigo 4-3 at Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys with strikes from Ferran Torres, Dani Olmo and Raphinha. Celta Vigo's striker Iglesias scored a valiant hat-trick but failed to help his side cross the line. The win consolidated Barcelona's spot at the top of the Laliga standings. Barcelona now has 73 points in 32 matches and looks set to bag the league title with 6 matches to go.
