Argentina still looking for the opener

The reigning champions started with the 8 footballers who were playing 11 in their last game of the FIFA World Cup 2022 against France. The first half ended 0-0 with both sides having the chance of scoring. The three-time world champions appear to be one of the most formidable teams in the world right now. They had a run of 36 games before the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Although they lost their opening match against Saudi Arabia before going on to win the World Cup for the third time in 36 years. Under Lionel Scaloni, the country has been performing well. They will attempt to retain their Copa America championship, having tied the record with Uruguay in the previous edition when they defeated Brazil in the final. If they prevail this time, they could exceed the La Celeste.
