After Friday's announcement that Paul Pogba is closer to returning to the field than at any point since his four-year doping ban, there has been much speculation about his future at Juventus.

Reports from TuttoJuve's Mirko Di Natale and Italian transfer reporter Nico Schira suggest that Juventus is more likely to focus on renewing Pogba's contract rather than seeing him return to the team in March. Although Pogba's shortened doping suspension from four years to 18 months has not been officially confirmed, Juventus remains consistent in its approach, stating that it will await the entire appeals process before making a final decision about Pogba's future at the club.

Pogba is not part of Juventus's project

It has been reported that Pogba is not considered to be part of the plans, and the club is looking to find a solution to terminate his contract, which currently runs through 2026.

Here are the top three clubs where Pogba could land:

1. Inter-Miami, renowned for its ownership, presents an ideal opportunity for Paul Pogba. The club is co-owned by the legendary David Beckham, a figure synonymous with England and Manchester United. In 2021, Pogba attended a match to support his compatriot and fellow French teammate Matuidi, who plays for Inter Miami. Rumors suggest that several Major League Soccer (MLS) teams are vying for the midfielder's signature. Furthermore, there are reports of Inter Miami's interest in securing the services of Leo Messi. It's a situation worth monitoring closely to see how it all pans out.

2. Inter-Milan - The Nerazzurri have been showing a strong interest in the French midfielder for a while now. They are looking to add Pogba's skills to their midfield to strengthen their presence in Serie A and the Champions League. Considering Inter Milan's recent performances, Pogba should carefully consider any offer he receives from Inter.

3. Real Madrid - The interest from the Spanish giants in Paul Pogba dates back to his Juventus days. Zinedine Zidane, the former Real Madrid Manager, had expressed a strong desire to bring him to the team. However, circumstances led to Pogba joining Manchester United instead. Currently, Real Madrid is focused on rebuilding their midfield. Given the absence of Toni Kroos, Pogba could potentially be a valuable addition to the Bernabeu side. Both Camavinga and Tchouameni show great promise, and adding Pogba to the mix could further strengthen Real Madrid's midfield.
