The UEFA Euro 2024 final between England and Spain will take place at Berlin's Olympiastadion stadium. England skipper Harry Kane received the first yellow card of the game after a poor challenge on Fabian Ruiz. The foul happened near the Spanish penalty area and the Bayern Munich superstar went on with full force and caught the ankle of the PSG midfielder.

During the semi-final encounter against Netherlands earlier this week, Harry Kane was subbed off in the 80th minute and it seems like Gareth Southgate might have to take out the striker once again with this caution. England would not want to be down to ten men in such an important game like this and Southgate might bring on super sub Ollie Watkins who scored the winning goal against Netherlands.

Who is starting for Spain and England in the UEFA Euro 2024 final?

Lamine Yamal, the young phenomenon from Spain, was included in the playing 11. The 17-year-old was voted Goal of the Round for his single goal versus France in the semifinals, and he also has three assists. Spain have not tinkered with the line-up and Luis de la Fuente has trusted his faith in the same XI once again in this tournament.

In the meantime, Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden, who was playing an aggressive role, were named in the starting lineup with England's leading scorer, Harry Kane. Keiran Trippier was left out from the starting XI for the Three Lions, meaning that Luke Shaw made his tournament debut.

The right-back from Newcastle United has been a crucial member of Gareth Southgate's England team for a number of years and has performed well for the national team in major competitions. In the absence of a fully-fit genuine left-back at the 2024 European Championship, the 33-year-old, who is a right-back, played out of place in the role of left-back for England. In all three of the group matches as well as the three knockout matches he had started ahead of the Manchester United full-back.
