Although supporters are enthusiastic about the possibility of Ronaldo rejoining Mourinho, his previous head coach at Real Madrid, after the club won a La Liga championship, it seems unlikely that they would do so. Mourinho stressed that he has no plans to change his forward lineup and cited Edin Dzeko, Cenk Tosun, as well as Youssef En-Nesyri as the cornerstones of his assault.

The former Chelsea manager said, "Cristiano Ronaldo will not come," he told reporters. "The first reason is that I have three good forwards and I don't want another one. Cristiano will always be Cristiano, but I don't want him because I'm happy with my forwards. He has the money he earns in Saudi Arabia and a goal of 1,000 goals. What could motivate him to come to Turkey, other than the beauty of Istanbul?"

"I don't really like the January transfer window” : Jose Mourinho

The former Manchester United head coach said, "I don't really like the January transfer window because the player who comes needs a certain amount of time. I never say no to a transfer, but I don't knock on Ali Bey's or Acun Bey's door and say I want a transfer."

Fenerbahce has had a successful start of their Turkish Super Lig campaign under Mourinho's leadership. With 32 points after 13 games, the Istanbul-based team is presently in second place in the rankings, three points behind leaders Galatasaray. With 36 goals to far, they also have the strongest offensive in the league. In an attempt to narrow the gap at the very top of the league, Mourinho will next guide his club into a pivotal matchup against opponents Besiktas on Saturday night.
