Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku is on the move again; this time he is set to leave Chelsea on a permanent. Napoli is the latest destination for the former Manchester United and Inter Milan striker. Last season Romelu Lukaku was with AS Roma and had a decent season.

According to Italian journalist Di Marzio, the reports suggest that Napoli has agreed on a three-year deal with Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian striker will be played a total of 18 million Euros for the course of his contract including bonus payments.

According to reports, Chelsea is asking 35 million Euros from Napoli. The Italian club though is reluctant to pay that amount for the veteran striker. The reports also suggest that Victor Osimhen who is with Napoli is set for a move away from the club.

As per rumours Chelsea and Paris Saint Germain are battling it out for the signature of Victor Osimhen. Napoli is expecting a bidding war for their star striker and both the deals could be completed next week.

Romelu Lukaku set for permanent return to Italy

Chelsea and Napoli are set to thrash out talks for Romelu Lukaku as the Belgian star is on the move again. After winning the title with Inter Milan, Lukaku came back to England and signed with Chelsea. After a fallout with the then-manager Thomas Tuchel, the Belgian went back to Italy on loan spells with different clubs.

The Blues are looking to sign a striker after a barren spell in front of goal last campaign. Victor Osimhen is one of the rumored targets but Chelsea will have to compete with PSG who are also vying for the same player.

Kepa Arrizabagala is also one of the players who has been touted to leave the London-based club. According to reports doing the rounds, the Spanish star could be heading to Saudi Arabia with a few clubs showing keenness in the 25-year-old.

The former Premier League title holders are actively looking to strengthen their squad after the shambolic season under Mauricio Pochettino. New manager Enzo Maresca meanwhile is contending with the pre-season schedule. Chelsea is set to take on Wrexham before playing Celtic, Club America, Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Inter Milan.
