'Please let us.....' - Jose Mourinho makes a plea for getting 'sound sleep'

Jose Mourinho has expressed concerns regarding the noise levels from Fenerbahce's nearby supporters in Denmark, highlighting the team's need for a peaceful sleep to focus on their performance.

In their latest UEFA Europa League fixture, Turkish giants Fenerbahce faced an exciting challenge against Midtjylland, resulting in a thrilling 2-2 draw. Both teams showed their competitiveness, taking the lead at different stages of the match before ultimately sharing the points.

Fenerbache managed to secure a place in the last-16 play-offs, finishing 24th in the group, which keeps their hopes for continental competition alive. Domestically, they are performing well in the Super Lig, currently sitting in second place, just six points behind their arch-rivals Galatasaray.

Jose Mourinho's plea for team's welfare

After Jose Mourinho finished posting his plea on Instagram, he will be looking to avoid any issues this weekend, especially after experiencing frustrations with the Turkish match officials on several occasions this season.

"let us sleep please we have another match Sunday” Jose Mourinho wrote on his Instagram story.

"Walk in peace" he later wrote in a different story.

The team is gearing up for their upcoming match against Rizespor this Sunday, which is currently the main focus for Mourinho. He is keen on ensuring that his players are well-rested and prepared for this important fixture. However, he has noticed that Fenerbahce's hotel in Denmark is situated near some noisy church bells and lively birds, which might pose a problem to their rest.

The gaffer has impressed with his team's run in the Turkish league where they currently stand second with 48 points in 20 matches. They are chasing arch-rivals Galatasaray who are at first place with 54 points in 20 matches.
