Ferdi Kadioglu, a 24-year-old Turkish utility player from Fenerbahce, is reportedly a target for Manchester United to capture during the summer transfer window.

Manchester United is reportedly interested in Ferdi Kadioglu, according to a report from the Turkish publication Sports Digitale.

In an attempt to sign the utility man, 24, the Red Devils will be willing to step up their efforts. Widespread rumors, nevertheless, have connected the Arsenal team to the mainstay of Fenerbahce.

Following his July 2018 transfer from NEC Nijmegen to Fenerbahce, Ferdi Kadioglu has only become stronger. He was born in Arnhem and played age-group football for the Netherlands, but he has opted to play for Turkiye as his national team. In June 2022, he will make his debut for the Crescent Stars.

Because of his versatility as a midfielder and his ability to play as a full-back on both flanks, the 24-year-old has established himself as a valuable asset for Fenerbahce. Kadioglu has played for the Turkish powerhouses for almost 200 games so far, contributing 17 goals as well as 22 assists. In the meantime, the player's development during the last six years has not remained unnoticed.

Numerous reports have strongly connected the Turkish utility player to a number of prestigious clubs throughout Europe. Manchester United has joined the pursuit of Ferdi Kadioglu during the current transfer window, which has piqued the interest of Premier League heavyweights in particular.

Which other Premier club is targeting Ferdi Kadioglu?

According to recent sources, Ferdi Kadioglu and Arsenal are closely connected. Mikel Arteta is a fan of flexible players, and the 24-year-old utility guy, who was born in the Netherlands, is a good candidate to fill the full-back positions. Current, widely circulated updates suggest that personal terms may not constitute a problem. Arsenal needs to work harder in order to acquire the Fenerbahce mainstay, though.

Manchester United has entered the competition to recruit Kadioglu, so the Gunners must get over their current situation. Going into the transfer window in July, the Red Devils began searching around for a left-back after being without Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw for the majority of the 2023–24 season. As a result, Manchester United is prepared to step up their efforts to recruit the Turkish international.
