Lamine Yamal celebrated a significant milestone by scoring his first El-Clasico goal during Barcelona’s impressive 4-0 victory over Real Madrid on Saturday at Santiago Bernabeu. Yamal Praised Barcelona Fans

He mentioned that it’s always a great experience when the support from fans outweighs that of the opposing team in an away stadium. It truly boosts morale and enhances the overall atmosphere, making the team feel very encouraged and happy. "It is a lot of fun when you can hear your fans more than those of the opposition in its stadium. It’s incredible, so we’re very happy,” he told reporters.

Yamal praised the team's relentless pursuit to score goals, highlighting that their recent victory underscores Hansi Flick’s team as a formidable contender this season. He noted that after scoring two goals, the players were eager for a third and even a fourth.

Yamal's message for the doubters

Barcelona's talented young star addressed critics of both himself and the club, who have questioned their abilities and progress. He emphasized that despite some viewing their victories as mere luck against mid-table teams, he believes that the true test will reveal their strength and resilience when it matters most.

He encouraged everyone to recognize the hard work and determination that have driven the team’s success. “We had two and we wanted the third, and then the fourth. But it’s only three points and we have to keep going. We’ll enjoy a few days of celebration and then, think about Espanyol", he said.

When we were winning in the league, people said those were mid-table teams and that when the important moments came, you would see what would happen. But Madrid is one of the best teams in the world, and we’ve beaten them 4-0. We have shown, both with Bayern and with Madrid, that we are ready for anything,” he added.
