Kylian Mbappe is one of the greatest footballers of this generation. The French superstar has signed for Real Madrid for the upcoming season. He penned down a five-year contract with the Los Blancos and will be officially presented once the UEFA Euro 2024 is over. He will also be leading France for the first time in any major tournament and he will look to win the silverware in Germany as it's the one of trophies missing from the cabinet.

The 25-year-old winger previously was asked about the toughest international tournament and the footballer believes the Euro is the hardest tournament. He has faced backlash after his comments over the Euro being the toughest tournament. Lionel Messi has fired back at his former Paris Saint-Germain teammate as the Argentine playmaker believed that a tournament without the La Albiceleste's, Brazil, and Uruguay who have 10 World Cup trophies among them.

Now Brazilian winger Raphinha has also hit back at Mbappe as the FC Barcelona winger was not impressed with the comments of the Real Madrid footballer and as he pointed out how France lost the World Cup final to a South American team. France lost to Argentina in the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar with Messi's team beating Les Blues in penalties.

Mbappe said, "The Euros are a difficult competition, more than a World Cup. All the teams know each other and the style of soccer is similar. Group stages are similar." He said at bEIN Sports, "Mbappe saying Euros is difficult that World Cup? Unfortunately for him and happily for us, he lost a World Cup final against a South American team. I would like to see the European teams play the South American qualifiers on the pitches we play on."

Previously the former Leeds footballer also lashed out at former Brazilian World Cup winner Ronaldinho after the latter said he would not be supporting Brazil in the upcoming Copa America 2024.
