Cristiano Ronaldo is speculated to prolong his stay at Al-Nassr. He is expected to sign a massive contract at the Saudi Pro League club at the end of his current tenure.

Several reports claim that the five-time Champions League winner will remain at Al-Nassr with his eyes set on the 2026 FIFA World Cup. However, the details of the contract are yet to be revealed.

According to Marca, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner has reached an agreement to remain with the Saudi Pro League club for an additional two seasons, with the second year being optional based on performance and personal preference. This extension will secure his presence in Riyadh until at least 2026, aligning perfectly with his aspirations to represent Portugal in the upcoming FIFA World Cup hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Despite months of discussions, both the parties failed to put pen on paper, as the official confirmation was postponed due to the deal's out-of-the-box nature. Unlike a standard contract, this agreement involved a wider range of roles, including commercial,  and developmental aspects, which had added complexity to the process.

Repambassadorial,orts indicate that Ronaldo’s new contract could be valued at as much as €200 million per year. However, in addition to his base salary, the real financial benefits stem from brand endorsements, sponsorship deals, and business ventures associated with Saudi interests, which have enhanced the profitability of his contract. Recently, there has also been speculation about potential Saudi investment in Laliga club Valencia.
