Chelsea displayed a tremendous play against Tottenham Hotspur during an English Premier League fixture on Sunday. Tottenham had a 2-1 lead over the Blues after the first half. However, Chelsea made a magnificent comeback in the 2nd half scoring 3 goals.
Cole Palmer was the star for the Blues scoring two penalties. Enzo Fernandez scored the 4th goal while the opening goal was scored by Jadon Sancho which was scored from outside the box. Tottenham scored two early goals in the 5th and 11th minute respectively. They scored their 3rd goal in the 96th minute but it was too late.
Chelsea forward Cole Palmer set a new Premier League record and matched another after scoring from the penalty spot. His successful conversion marked his 11th out of 11 penalties after the first goal, equaling Yaya Touré for the most consecutive penalties without a miss in Premier League history.

Cole Palmer sets multiple records
At 22 years old, Palmer's first goal of the match also marked his 37th goal contribution in the Premier League this year, surpassing Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink for the most by a Chelsea player in a single calendar year. His remarkable record for Chelsea also averages 57 goal contributions in 62 appearances across all competitions.
With this win, the Blues are now in second place in the points with 31 points after playing 15 matches. However, Liverpool are still at the top with 35 points in 14 matches. Arsenal held to draw at Fulham which has almost shattered their hopes to close the gap with the table-toppers.On the other hand, Tottenham are in the 11th spot with only 20 points after playing 15 matches.
