Brighton & Hove Albion have performed decently in the ongoing English Premier League. The Seagulls have been struggling with form after they released some of their players from last season. The club presently sits 10th in the league table with one game to be played on Sunday as they will face Manchester United at home. The season for the club has been quite contrasting from the last edition where they finished 6th in the league table qualifying for the UEFA Europa League.
Roberto de Zerbi's side topped the group stage of the Europa after winning four games in the league stages. They were knocked out of the Europa League after losing to AS Roma 1-4 aggregate in the RO16. The Italian coach has been seen bringing up some of the brightest talents to world football, with the likes of Moises Caicedo, Kaoru Mitoma, Leandro Trossard, Yves Bissouma and Alexis Mac Allister. All these footballers have made their name in England for their amazing performances.
De Zerbi who has been a mastermind of creating these footballers, have been offered by many big clubs ahead of the summer transfer window. Ahead of the next season, the 44-year-old has decided to leave the club at the end of the season. Brighton owner Tony Bloom confirmed that the parting of ways was a mutual one.
