Robben settles the 'GOAT' Debate

Robben has emphasized that the Argentine forward's exceptional ability to execute everything at an incredible pace, with precision and simplicity, sets him apart from everyone else.

Robben's endorsement of Messi comes after a career spanning two decades, during which he witnessed firsthand the dominance of both Messi and Ronaldo. Messi's rise from a talented youngster at Barcelona in 2004 to a legendary player has been truly remarkable. Throughout his career, he has secured an impressive collection of titles, such as 10 La Liga championships, four Champions League victories, and a World Cup win with Argentina in 2022. Moreover, Messi has clinched an unprecedented eight Ballon d'Or awards, six European Golden Shoes, and numerous other well-deserved honors.

Ronaldo equally impressive

Cristiano Ronaldo's track record is equally remarkable. The Portuguese forward has clinched three Premier League titles and a Champions League victory with Manchester United, in addition to securing two La Liga trophies and four Champions League titles with Real Madrid. His career has also been triumphant in Italy with Juventus, and he remains a standout player for Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr, demonstrating unwavering prowess at 39 years old.

The ongoing debate between Messi and Ronaldo has been known to divide football fans, but Robben's perspective strongly favors Messi. According to him, Messi's remarkable efficiency and dominance on the field, without relying on flashy tricks, sets him apart as the greatest of all time.

At 37 years old, Messi continues to build on his legacy, recently clinching a Leagues Cup and a Supporters' Shield with Inter Miami, his current team. Ronaldo, on the other hand, is thriving in Saudi Arabia, adding to his already impressive goal-scoring record.
