Team 8Bit BGMS 2024 (Image - Nodwin Gaming)
The first game for BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3 has concluded, and Team 8Bit has literally smashed their way toward chicken dinner in the first game. A smashing victory due to 8Bit Mighty running over Vasista Apollo in the final circle.
Among other big names like Mogo Esports, Team XSpark and Global Esports, this comes as a huge development for them after the abysmal performance at BGIS 2024. Not only that, 8Bit Juicy was also crowned the MVP of the match for securing 5 finishers.
The final circle was as open as it could be, with teams engaged in a snake battle. 8BIt, however, to a risk and were looking for their prey in their vehicles. Lucky for them, the team knocked one of two final players. As Apollo emerged from the smoke, Juicy was passing and managed to send Apollo flying.
Game 1 Overview
The match opened up with 8Bit securing the first blood, taking down Team Limra. With the added modifier of double points in the first circle, the team secured 8 points instead of 4 already shooting for the top of the leaderboard. However, others were also hunting as WSB Gaming did something that shocked many.
The team went head-on against Carpe Diem in Pochinki and joined 8Bit in the ranks with eight finisher points. Attracted by the gunshots, Team Soul also planned to rush the wounded team, only to meet a similar fate and return to the lobby early. With just two squad wipes, WSB Gaming was sitting at 16 points.

In came global esports with a similar motive, and they managed to prevail, taking down WSB. One by one, Pochinki truly became the hot spot we all know and love in BGMI. A moment later, fans saw Reckoning Esports, Team XSpark, and Global Esports clash with each other on the same spot.
Following the end of the power play, they went back to the same pace, with teams trying to survive for longer. Multiple top teams like Team Soul, GodLike and Team XSpark also saw an early elimination. However, despite some of the most intense moments, WSB Gaming still held the second spot thanks to double squad wipes.
