The second match at BGIS 2024 took us to Miramar, with the captains of Global Esports and FS Esports face-to-face in a 1v1 situation. Fans were left disappointed after GE Mavii decided to leave and avoid another early disadvantage similar to the first match.

However, being the Grand Finals for BGIS, fans weren’t left dry for long as they witnessed an intense 1v3 fight between Inferno Squad and Team Aaru. The build-up for the clutch was insane as Inferno Squad managed to take down one before three players got smoked.

A rush from Team Aaru took down two members of Inferno Squad while TeamXSpark third partied another, leaving Jatin in a 1v3 situation who was tucked in a corner. A two-man rush from Team Aaru led many to believe it was GG for Jatin, but what happened afterwards was nothing short of a raw skill showcase.

With two players rushing Jatin, the player cooked a grenade which took down one, while the second one ate lead from his shotgun in the blink of an eye. The last member who came for damage control took another grenade, resulting in an insane 1v3 clutch for the underdogs.

MOGO Esports sees another setback

Following an early elimination in the first game, the previous champs saw another upset in Miramar with the team caught in the open, leading to another early lobby journey with just a single finish. The champions of the previous games also saw elimination with zero points by the hands-on Carnival gaming.

Global Esport’s decision to check out from the opening fight was quite beneficial, as the team managed to secure a fifth spot with seven finishes. However, amidst the chaos, TeamXSpark saw themselves climbing up the ladder with NinjaJOD on fire. The team finished third as the players were eliminated from the play zone.
