Max Verstappen, one of the most popular F1 racers, is also a huge sim racing fan and has a team called Redline who he competes with regularly. During a recent stream with Team Redline, a fan jokingly asked him when will he stream Minecraft, to which Verstappen responded hinting he would, but his pickaxe is broken.
Reading the chat, Verstappen read someone writing “Just joined in, mine stream when,” asking when will he be streaming Minecraft. His team members were confused with the question, but Verstappen quickly responded, saying, “Well, the problem is, my pickaxe is fu***d!” The response had everyone laughing.
Obviously, everyone there was joking here, considering Redline usually stream sim racing games, but the team continued to have fun. A moment later, Sim Racing Commentator, Luke Crane, said “There are children that might be listening,” pointing towards the general SFW environment with Minecraft content.
max: you see. “minecraft stream when?” well the problem is, my pickaxe is FUCKED.

Verstappen then made it very clear that his ‘pickaxe is still fu***d’, so regardless of the situation, he will not be able to stream Minecraft. His fans were loving the unfiltered energy across any game he is playing.

Max Verstappen is a hardcore gamer
Max Verstappen’s love for sim racing is unrivalled, and is widely known due to his shenanigans of competing in online sim racing tournaments a day before his actual F1 race. So much so that he was even told by his manager to stop doing it.
There have been multiple instances of his competing mere hours before prestigious events like the Italian Grand Prix. At the time, he participated in the Nürburgring 24 Hours sim racing and went on to win it. What’s even more impressive is that the following day he went on to secure the Grand Prix. He is also known to take his entire sim racing setup with him across various events.
