In a recent discussion on his YouTube channel, renowned esports player and YouTuber Harmandeep "Mavi" Singh shared his thoughts on the ongoing issues within Team Carnival Gaming BGMI (CG). He particularly spoke about the issue concerning the situation surrounding their former in-game leader (IGL), Omega.

Omega, who previously held the crucial role of IGL for CG, was replaced by Hector in the recently concluded BGMS Season 3. It is a decision that has sparked considerable debate within the esports community.

Mavi, who is currently the IGL of Global Esports but did not participate in BGMS Season 3, has been closely analyzing the performance of various teams, including CG. His comments on the matter have shed light on what he perceives as a potentially damaging trend within the team’s dynamics.

During his analysis, Mavi expressed concern over how Omega has been portrayed in recent interviews given by CG members. He noted that the team seems to be downplaying Omega's contributions and that this approach could be harmful to the team’s morale and overall performance.

Mavi pointed out, “These CG guys whenever they are giving interviews... now these people are making Omega so that he never had anything. Right? Do you guys feel it? I also felt the same.”

“Will do same with Hector?”, says Mavi

Mavi went on to advise the newer members of CG, suggesting that they should recognize their previous success under Omega's leadership rather than dismissing his contributions. He emphasized that the team had performed well under Omega, and just because there is current success with Hector as the new IGL, it doesn't mean that the team should forget Omega's efforts.

He remarked, "You were doing good earlier, you were doing good with him (Omega), but now you are not doing good with the actor. But it doesn't mean that you flush out the other person." Mavi further highlighted that shifting blame from one individual to another does not solve the underlying issues within a team.

As Mavi stated, “This thing is not going to fix the problem. As a personal improvement, this is my opinion, we don’t know what happened internally... But you started with him. That boy used to take a lot of stand for his boys. But now you are being cool in the interview so that’s not right.”
