The final run for the BMPS Grand Finals is on and TWOB ends day 1 with a dominating performance. Securing the top spot on the leaderboard, the team is once again shaping up to be a tough challenge for others in the semifinals. Team XSpark trails behind in the second spot, but still remains nine points behind their opponents.
Other notable teams were Reckoning Esports, Ignite Gaming and Pheonix Esports who were also on an equal standing with Team XSpark. Orangutan, who were recently trolling Team Soul after they failed to qualify, also secured a chicken dinner and managed to start the BMPS semifinals with a decent score.
Here are the BMPS Semifinals Day 1 standings
This year’s BMPS brought a lot of twists that left everyone confused. With fan favourites like Global Esports, Carnival Gaming and Team Soul failing to qualify for the semifinals, fans are left cheering for other teams like GodLike. Sadly, they also seem to struggling on the first day.

A slow start for GodLike and Mogo Esports
Unlike Round 3, GodLike did not do so well on the opening day. With only 14 points, the team needs to step up now in order to qualify or face an elimination similar to Team Soul. Mogo Esports, who barely managed to survive BMPS Round 3 ending in the last spot, is once again not doing so well with 11 points on board.
Of course, there are three more match days remaining, but looking at the past events and rounds, keeping the performance consistent is not an easy task for any team considering the competition has got even tougher. The underdog teams are posing a great challenge, which has dramatically shifted the course of BMPS 2024.
