The recent OB46 Update in Free Fire Max introduced the new Gloo Nova event along with a new character. Along with the character and the event, there were also multiple balance changes for characters, weapons and optimizations that will shift the meta inside the game.

• Lila

The latest character introduced in Free Fire Max, Lila, is quite fun to lay with. Her movement allows an advantage in traversal, while her ability allows her to slow down vehicles and enemies using rifles, downed enemies can be frozen for a short duration. On top of all this, she can have an extra Gloo Wall.

• Chrono

A bounty hunter from parallel universe Chrono was introduced with Operation Chrono update. His ability allow him to create a safety barrier using a force field to protect the team from damage. Although, players will also not be able to attack the opponents either. Upgrading the ability reduces the cooldown.

• DJ Alok

Alok was introduced in collaboration with a popular DJ. The character uses music for helping the team recover HP and increase their speed. This effect however is limited to 5m, so players may need to be close. Awakening the ability allow him to drop music notes that can be collected by teammates.

• Kapella

Another support character, Kapella is a singer inspired by pop starts. As expected, her ability allows faster revives for downed teammates and a temporary shield to prevent from instant knock down. Additionally, having her in a team will proved a buff that slows down the bleed out for teammates.

• Hayato

Hayato provides a unique but risky gameplay style, his ability allows increased armour penetration based on how low the HP is. In capable hands, it can be deadly, but pose a risk of losing a fight. In order to help with that, Hayato also gets increase damage reduction from front when on low HP.
