A comeback is what fans wanted, a comeback is what they got from Team Tamilas. After having one of the worst opening days possible, the team initially ended up in the bottom five of the leaderboard with just 10 points in total at the OneGame Pro Championship for BGMI.

However, the second day saw a whole new Team Tamilas who secured two wins and two second place across four matches. With their performance, the team accumulated a total of 61 points on the second day and shot up to the top of the leaderboard.

Alongside Team Tamilas, Gujarat Tigers also had a great run that pushed the team from 16th place to top 5 further cementing their place in the grand finals. Teams with better scores on day one got away with minimum effort on the second day.

Here are all the qualifying teams for the grand finals -

Team Tamilas - 71 points

Enigma Gaming - 66 points

Hydra Esports - 66 points

Gujarat Tigers - 61 points

Global Esports - 58 points

Team XSpark - 57 points

Medal Esports - 57 points

TWOB - 56 points

GodLike Esports - 54 points

Marcos Gaming - 52 points

Entity - 51 points

Team SouL - 46 points

Revenant Esports - 45 points

WindGod Esports - 44 points

TEAM iNSANE - 43 points

Skyfall - 40 points

A few seasoned teams also dropped the ball on fan expectations on the second day. While they did manage to qualify due to a decent performance on day 1, fans were left wanting more. Although, the most disappointed fans would be teams like 8Bit and Carnival Gaming.

While Team Tamilas assessed their situation and performed accordingly. 8Bit played the second day with a man less, making things even harder. Similarly, Carnival Gaming and Hyderabad Hydras also checked out of the matches quite early.

In a sense, Team Tamilas was the only team to make a true comeback. The grand finals will take place starting April 8 and will see six match days with these 16 teams going head-to-head.
