Team Soul and Carnival Gaming with an early upset on BMPS Round 3 Day 1

The opening day for the final stage of BMPS League Week did not go as planned for some popular teams as Carnival Gaming and Team Soul were left scrapping points in both games. On the other hand, their rivals, Mogo Esports and GodLike managed to secure a chicken dinner with a decent performance before the shuffle.

Securing a win over Phoenix Esports, 8Bit secured an early but failed to keep the ball rolling. The following match saw them struggle against Silly Esports, leading to an early elimination. TWOB, who also had a great opening match, secured the second chicken dinner for Group 1. The combined score led the team to the top of the Day 1 leaderboard.

Group 1 saw utter chaos in their opening match, with 12 teams surviving by the endgame circles in Sanhok. With no space left, it was a matter of time before bullets were flying all around. Amidst the chaos, Insane Esports took home the chicken dinner, while Team Soul only managed to take survival points.

Mogo Esports makes a big comeback.

After an early elimination, Mogo Esports made a comeback, securing 15 finishes in the following match along with a chicken dinner. The team currently sits in the second spot on the leaderboard.

The final group of the day, featured fan favourite teams from Round 2, GodLike and Carnival Gaming. An incredible start to CG but the team lost too many players before reaching the final hurdle, Ignite Gaming so secured the match with 15 finishes.

The final game of the day was bagged by none other than GodLike Esports. GodL Admin secured seven finishers out of 12 for the team and also ended up on the leaderboard. Carnival Gaming on the other hand were eliminated once again similar to the previous match.

Overall, no team was able to take a back-to-back chicken dinner thanks to the intense competition, which fans did appreciate. One more match day remains before the reshuffle, and instead of praying to get mixed with weak opponents, teams should focus on giving their all.
