Team 8bit does it again, gets chicken dinner in 1st match of BMPS 2024 semi-finals' last day

The final day of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) semi-finals has started. There are many teams whose BMPS finals’ berth is hung in balance. One of the most talked-about teams is Godlike Esports who were standing at the 18th position in the points table with 54 points.

Talking about the first match on Day 4 of the semi-finals, Team 8bit started with a 10-finish ‘winner winner chicken dinner’. It was a final fight between the fight teams 8bit, Mogo Esports, Hyderabadi Hydras, God’s Reign and Godlike Esports. The Punk-led team were first eliminated in the fight by Destro’s Mogo Esports.

God’s Reign became the 2nd team to get eliminated from the fight as ALTU got finished while doing the heal battle. Hyderabad Hydras’ aggressive run came to an end as they were the 3rd team to get eliminated but with massive 14 finishes. Mogo Esports’ survival instinct also came to an end as they were already less in manpower with only Deltapg and Spower fighting against the 3-man alive Team 8bit.

Godlike Esports still in danger zone

The Juicy-led team has made a habit of getting a chicken dinner in almost every 1st match of the day. They have acquired 20 points from the first match which makes their overall points to a total of 68. After playing 13 matches, they are currently standing at the 15th position.

On the other hand, Godlike Esports has played 14 matches and they are left to play only 2 matches in the ongoing semi-finals. The Punk-led team are currently standing in the 16th position, however, it is tough to say that they are safe as of now because expected safe points is predicted to be 83.
