The ongoing Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2024 has already seen too many big esports teams leaving the tournament. Teams like Soul Esports, Carnival Gaming, Revenant Esports and many more failed to qualify for the semi-finals. This has definitely affected the viewership of the tournament, however, there are some fan-favourite teams like Godlike Esports, Team XSpark and others who have qualified for the semi-finals.
One thing that was quite unexpected in BMPS was the underdogs' performances. There are many unheard teams who have qualified for the semi-finals and are giving their all to appear in the BMPS LAN finals in Kerala. Many fans are speculating that these teams’ gameplay is suspicious and they will be exposed when they come to play in the LAN event.
Talking about Godlike Esports, their qualification scenario for the final berth hangs in the balance as they are currently standing in the 18th position with 54 points in 12 matches. Interestingly, 24 teams are taking part in the semi-finals from which 16 teams will be qualified for the finals after playing 16 matches.

We just need around 25 points on the last day: Godl Zgod
The last day of the semi-finals is set to take place on September 18 with only 4 matches to be played. It will be a do-or-die situation for Godlike Esports to make it to the finals of an official event after a long time. However, the 5th and veteran player of the team Zgod came live after the 3rd day and asked the fans to show their support on the last day of the semi-finals.
“There are 4 matches left in the last day, please have patience and show support. The difference of points is not big between the teams. We just need around 25 points in the last day. We will try to give our best but with your support.” Zgod said in his live stream.
Godlike Esports has tried multiple In-game leaders (IGL) in a very short period of time. Despite Jelly being part of the team, Punk is playing as an IGL, however, the latter has delivered great performances during Round 1,2 and 3. However, all his efforts will be wasted if he fails to make his team qualify for the finals.
