Multiple rumours followed by leaks from Epic Games and even Rockstar Games have now led to the official announcement for the Red Dead Redemption PC port. Furthermore, players are also getting some PC-specific enchantments including native 4K resolution, higher refresh rate and Ultrawide/Super Ultrawide support on release. The game is set to release on October 29.

Alongside that, players will also get Undead Nightmare. “For the first time in its storied legacy, John Marston’s beloved journey can be experienced on PC in stunning, new detail, with both Red Dead Redemption and its iconic zombie-horror companion story, Undead Nightmare, arriving to PC on October 29,” the reveal said.

The PC port was developed with Double Eleven, a game development studio based in Middlesbrough which has previously worked on other popular video games like Rust, RimWorld, Grounded and more. The game will also support modern features like DLSS and FSR, allowing even more players to enjoy the game.

The price for the game, however, is yet to be revealed and is currently the most debated topic. As per fans, it is believed that the game will be your regular $60/$70 entry considering the Nintendo Switch port was $50 for a simple port and some people are not happy.

Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster in trouble?

If players are thinking about Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster, that’s right, the Horizon series is keeping up its streak of releasing right along with another massively popular game once again. The original game was released days ahead of The Legend of Zelda. Breath of the Wild.

Its sequel, Horizon Forbidden West, was released right before Elden Ring. The PC port for Horizon Zero Dawn came out just after Fall Guys and Forbidden West was released alongside Dragon's Dogma 2. With the remaster release on October 31, the series once again finds itself in a bad situation made worse by the PSN requirement which isn’t available in a lot of countries.
