Reckoning Esports and Team XSpark dominates BMPS Week 2 Group 1

Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2024 Week 2 kicks off with a Blue set featuring some popular teams in the mix. Group 1 have concluded their opening day matches and Reckoning Esports and Team XSpark alongside a few others gave a dominating performance to secure the top spots.

Reckoning Esports secured the opening match with 23 points, while Inferno Squad took home the second game with 21 points. The final match was secured by WSB Gaming with 25 points. All of these teams had good runs at the event, but amidst these chicken dinners, Team XSpark stole the second spot.

After finishing in the second spot twice, one with even more points than the winner, Team XSpark stole the show and is off to a strong start. However, there is one more day left for Group 1 teams before they are locked in with their final score, which will decide who will be moving forward. Other teams are also looking to make use of the second day.

Group 2 will also play their opening three matches today to conclude the first day of BMPS 2024. While the second group may not contain big teams like Soul and Godlike esports, it does have pretty decent teams including Gujarat Tigers featuring ClutchGod who recently pulled off an incredible 1v4 clutch during the Week 1 matches.
