PUBG Mobile teams up with Marvel for Venom: The Last Dance event

Krafton and Marvel have partnered once again to deliver an exciting crossover event for PUBG Mobile, celebrating the release of Venom: The Last Dance. This exclusive collaboration kicks off on October 18, 2024, and will run throughout the rest of the month. It will be bringing an array of symbiote-inspired features to the game that are sure to elevate gameplay and offer thrilling new ways to dominate the battlefield.

At the heart of the event is the introduction of several Venom-themed features, including the Black Symbiote Arm, Black Symbiote Warhorses, and Black Symbiote Clusters. These in-game additions will provide players with powerful tools to gain a tactical edge in combat, all while promoting the upcoming release of Venom: The Last Dance.

The Black Symbiote Arm is set to revolutionize movement mechanics. By coating their arm in symbiote, players can target fixed objects like trees or buildings to propel themselves swiftly across the map. Additionally, aiming at moving targets such as other players or air drops allows players to pull them closer, adding a layer of strategy to engagements. For even greater mobility, players can use the symbiote to launch themselves over long distances, enhancing their positioning on the battlefield.

Another major feature of the event is the Black Symbiote Warhorses. When players possess the Black Symbiote Arm, nearby horses can be transformed into Black Symbiote Warhorses. These mounts offer increased mobility and come equipped with the Black Symbiote Lance, a melee weapon that binds enemies with symbiote effects upon impact. The lance doesn’t deal damage but opens up tactical opportunities during close encounters.

Throughout the event, players will find Black Symbiote Clusters spread across popular maps like Erangel, Sanhok, Miramar, and Livik. These clusters make it easier to acquire the Black Symbiote Arm and the Warhorses, enhancing access to the event’s unique abilities.

Starting October 25, a special Venom-themed event will roll out, offering even more rewards tied to Venom: The Last Dance. Running until November 10, players will have the chance to unlock exclusive items like the Venom: The Last Dance Avatar, Avatar Frame, Parachute, and Home Statue.
