The PUBG Esports World Cup is set to commence from August 21 and will be featuring a prize pool of $2 million with the winner taking home $700,000 along with Club Championship points. The tournament format for PUBG is pretty straightforward and similar to the Global Series events, featuring Group Stages and Finals.
Teams will be divided into three groups of eight, with each team playing a total of 12 matches against the other groups. Group Stages will run across three days starting August 21 and will have each group compete against the other across three days. The final day of the Group Stage will see the top 16 teams moving forward to the finals. Here are the group match-ups

The Finals will see all 16 teams pitted together across 12 matches played across two days. Apart from the prize money and club championship points, the PUBG Esports World Cup can also help teams progress towards the Global Championship.
Competing teams can also earn bonus points to qualify directly for PUBG Global Championship 2024. As of now, Twisted Minds are currently at the prime spot to qualify for the Global Championship, followed by CERBERUS Esports and eArena. Those wo cannot qualify through PGS Points will have to try their luck in the regional qualifiers.
