Orangutan steals second chicken dinner from Inferno Squad at BMPS Grand Final Day 1 Match 3

Following an incredible win, Inferno Squad was on their way for the first double chicken dinner of the BMPS 2024 Grand finals before Orangutan shattered their dreams and picked up the win in match 3. In a 3v3 showdown, Orangutan displayed some insane shooting skills which Inferno Squad were not able to counter.

The showdown in general was not what fans expected, with Orangutan taking advantage of the smoke wall to throw off their opponents. Inferno Squad was left shooting at nothing, while Orangutan did not let the opening go to waste.

Orangutan is currently on a redemption arc after their recent banter with other BGMI teams for not securing any major tournament trophy. BMPS 2024, however, seem to be a chance for them, to break their curse and shut the haters. Another team that finally managed to perform well after multiple upsets was Team XSpark who managed to secure 11 points from Match 3.

Inferno Squad takes the overall leaderboard

The first day of the BMPS 2024 grand finals is halfway done, and few of the teams that kicked off the tournaments have been silent since. Following a chicken dinner, GodLike Esports is yet to give fans another incredible show.

Despite not being able to secure the third match, Inferno Squad remains the top team with 42 points and judging by their comeback, the team will likely end Day 1 in the top five. This is a very strong start for any team, giving them ample opportunities to secure BMPS 2024.
