BMPS 2024 grand finals format, teams and prize pool: All you need to know

The Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2024 kicked off back on August 20th featuring 128 invited teams and a prize pool of Rs 2 crore. These teams competed for over three weeks which resulted in multiple comebacks and heartbreaks. Several underdog teams have made it to the grand finals while a lot of seasoned teams like Carnival Gaming saw an early elimination.

Out of the 128 teams that were locked in an intense battle with 16 finally making it to the grand finals. While the grand finals will only be a three-day spectacle, the less time makes it more intense for teams to acquire points to stand on top when the final day concludes.

BMPS 2024 Format

The Grand Finals will be played on LAN in Kochi, Kerala starting September 27 and the format is rather simple. All teams will be inside a single group and play a total of 18 matches (6 per day). Over the course of the three days, the team with the highest point will secure the BMPS 2024 championship crown.

Apart from the regular championship prize, individual players will also have a chance to secure various awards. These include, Best IGL, Emerging Star, Fan Favourite, MVP, Finals MVP and Finals Survivor.
