“Not a great day for us” - Soul Sid talks about Team Soul's performance at BMPS Round 3

Following a round day for Team Soul at BMPS Round 3, Soul Sid has now addressed the situation in his recent stream. Talking about Team Soul’s performance, Sid said the matches were ‘quite tough’ which is understandable considering every team is now fighting for a spot in the semifinals and out of 48 teams only 24 will move forward.

Sid then went on to say, “Not a great day for us, but it’s fine, we will come back and figure it out”. The BMPS Round 3 will be taking place over four days and Team Soul still have a few chances to make everything correct and secure a spot in the semifinals.

While talking, one of the fans said that the team might be playing to secure a spot in the semis and may not want to show their true power just yet. Sid replied that this could also be the case, as the team might simile be observing.

Secret comeback planned by Team Soul?

He also mentioned the most recent BGMS Season 3 tournament, where Team Soul secured the championship. Sid said that the team was seen struggling early in that event too but managed to make a comeback when it mattered the most. This time also, he expects the team to do the same.

Team Soul already have a history of doing these things. In tournaments which run for a long period of time, the team is seen to be taking things slow at first. By the end of the tournament, they always managed to reach the top after giving some incredible performances the team is known for.

The addition of a new player, NinjaJOD from Team XSpark might also be the reason the team may be taking it slow. NinjaJOD has been in the team for a couple of months and the players along with the team need to build a better synergy with each other. The slow matches might be a result of the team doing just that.
