The registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2025 are live. Players can now sing up for the open qualifiers with their team, given that they meet the playing criteria. BGIS 2025 is the first official BGMI tournament of 2025 and a great opportunity for aspiring gamers to make a name for themselves and grab a piece from the ₹2 crore prize pool.
Even if the players are not able to win the trophy, if their performance is good, they can be scouted in the professional esports organisations. Furthermore, those new to the BGMI esports scene will also get a first-hand opportunity to experience how these tournaments take place and may also get a chance to compete against pros. But before all that, players need to register for the event.

Here’s a complete guide on how to register for BGIS 2025
- Visit the official Krafton India Esports website and click on Register Now.
- Enter your mobile number and fill out the OTP to get started.
- Accept the acknowledgements confirming your age and citizenship. Do note that players need to be at least 16 years of age and have a BGMI account at level 30 or higher.
- Enter your details, including name, DOB, and email address.
- Set up a password for your account and verify the registered email.
- Update the required profile details, including the in-game name, unique ID, player profile screenshot, and player role.
Visit the tournament section and click Register for BGIS 2025. - Create a team and enter the name.
- Specify your role in the team and add players using their KAI ID or registered phone number.
- Players then need to accept the invite for your team. Do note that all players need to be added before the tournament registration closes.
Registered players competing in the BGIS 2025 also need to abide by the rule book, as violations can disqualify without any disparity. Even the top BGMI teams are not immune to disqualification if they are in violation of the official tournament rule book.
