GENxFM takes down Silly Esports to secure BMPS 2024 Group 2 Match 4

After struggling for points for the entire Day 1 match-ups, GENxFM Esports have finally secured their first chicken dinner. Coincidentally, the victory was against Silly Esports, who have been one of the dominating forces in Blue Set Group 2 and are currently on the second spot on the overall leaderboard.

The team had a rough start as they lost one player early on, putting them at a huge disadvantage. However, they managed to secure some early finishers by taking down VST Snax who was caught separated from his team.

While the fights were a bit tough, the team managed to push through several opponents, most of which included newcomers and landed in a due with the big guns. At this point, Silly Esports were farming finishes and chances of GENxFM making it out alive were thin, however, the team managed to keep themselves calm and bring the fight into a 2v2.

One by one, players from Silly Esports went down and despite getting revives, the zone was pushing them out of the cover without healing. GENxFM took full advantage of the situation to bring the game into their favour and secure their first chicken dinner.

8Bit crashes out early

Day 1 for Group 2 saw a dominating performance from 8Bit that led them into the top spot on the leaderboard, however, the opening of the second day hasn’t been very well with the team finishing with 1 point and their rivals Silly Esports taking home 17 points.

Another bad performance will likely knock the crown from their head. Same with Global Esports, who made some seemingly bad mistakes that costed them the opening match. Their fight with RAE did not go as well as everyone expected. Both teams have two more games on the second day to make a recovery.
