The post doesn’t say much but shows the T-60 power armour, which was honestly more than enough as a giveaway for the collab. This collab is expected to be quite big considering the recent success of the Fallout TV series and how popular the franchise actually is.

Big plans for the collab?

Like every season, the end of this one will set the theme for Chapter 5 Season 3 in motion, and as per rumours, the next season will feature a wasteland. The upcoming Fallout collab fits perfectly in all this. Players can expect a full-featured battle pass alongside other iconic characters from the series as progression rewards, but players will have to wait and see what this collab turns out into.

Regardless of that, new bundles with gliders, characters, harvesters and emotes on the same theme are sure to appear in the store. There can also be various mini-quest related to Fallout that let players use some iconic weapons from the series or recruit characters.

This is not the first time Fortnite is joining hands with Microsoft. The game had previously featured a Halo series collab with Master Chief. Apart from that, the game have done various others video game collabs with popular franchise like The Witcher, God of War, Star Wars and more, so this one should not come as much of a surprise.

While more details are yet to be revealed, fans of the game have already expressed their excitement with the crossover through multiple Fallout references in comments, which are hilarious to see.
