A few days ago, Elon Musk showcased himself in Path of Exile 2 using Starlink, telling how gamers can play games real-time without any latency issues while airborne. However, Reddit detectives have found something strange claiming he isn’t the one playing the game, in-fact, his previous achievements might have also been someone else.

Posted by /Fraggu on the Path of Exile subreddit, the user listed various reasons why Elon Musk may have been lying about playing the game and was simply streaming someone else playing the game oh his behalf from Asia.

First, the user revealed that the name of the account MonkEBiznizz was in Hong Kong realm. This claim was further backed by the trade chat and stash tab name were in Chinese, hence Hong Kong region. However, Elon was using Texas realm, and those who play Path of Exile know how much difference playing on a server far away mean.

Furthermore, his play style also raised a lot of suspicion, as Fraggu claims Elon was struggling to do the most basic rotation on a stationary target. Using these evidence, the user concluded either he liked playing on high latency or it was someone else.

Looking at the evidence, many people also agreed that Elon might be lying about grinding himself. While these are all allegations, it is hard to believe a billionaire who manages multiple companies have enough time to not only play video games but also become one of the top players.

As of now, Elon also claims to be the best Diablo 4 players in the world, however, since the leaderboard wasn’t official and relied on people submitting their run, it is hard to tell if the statement is true. Furthermore, this allegation has made people suspicious of the Helltide run in Diablo 4.
