The Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series (BGIS) 2025 is well underway and recently saw the conclusion of The Grind and Round 1. This comes following an intense run between the underdogs and some of the best BGMI teams that are racing to secure a spot in the finals.
A total of 512 have qualified for BGIS Round 2. Out of these, 496 teams qualified through Round 1, and the remaining 16 through Weeks 1 to Week 4 of The Grind. Among the qualifying teams, there are some well-known names like VST Esports, WSB Gaming, RIP Mizo, and others.
Schedule and Format for BGIS 2025 Round 2
The cycle continues as the qualified teams will continue their run for the finals starting February 27 to March 2. The next four days will see the teams split into 32 groups with each playing six matches each. When the dust settles, a total of 240 teams will be moving to BGIS 2025 Round 3. However, things do not end here as there are still two more rounds to go before fans will have their top 64 for the quarterfinals.
VST Esports has been one of the dominating forces at the tournament and will test the young guns also aiming to make it big. Other top teams from their respective group include iQOO SOUL, THWxNONx Esports, and SBA ESPORTS. With many teams splitting ahead of the 2025 BGMI circuit, there are a lot of new names emerging.
