With the conclusion of the Oval Test between India and England marking the end of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy 2025, the World Test Championship 2025-27 cycle's Points Table was updated. Australia continued to top the table, while Sri Lanka, India, and England followed them in the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively.

Australia continues to be at the top of both the WTC 2025-27 Cycle and the ICC rankings. The 2021-23 cycle winners beat the West Indies 3-0 to earn 36 points and 100% PCT. Sri Lanka continued to remain second in the table with a win and a draw to their name against Bangladesh. They have 16 points and a PCT of 66.77% from their two matches.
New Zealand, Pakistan, and South Africa are yet to start their campaign in the WTC and are hence ranked in the last three positions in the table. The major change is observed in the middle of the table following the end of the Oval Test, where India claimed a thrilling 6-run win.

India climbs to the third spot while England drops to the fourth position in the WTC 2025-27 Cycle's Points Table
While England was in the third position after the Manchester Test, they dropped by one position after the Oval Test. They now have 2 wins and losses each, a draw to their name, a total of 26 points, and a PCT of 43.33%. They were docked two points for a slow overrate in the Lord's Test. On the other hand, India is in the third position with 2 wins and losses each, a draw to their name, a total of 28 points, and a PCT of 46.67%.
Bangladesh and the West Indies are right after England in the fifth and sixth spots. The former lost a series of 2 matches to Sri Lanka by 0-1, which meant they had 4 points and a PCT of 25. Likewise, the West Indies lost all of their matches to Australia, leaving them with no points and PCT.
