Mitchell Starc and Yashasvi Jaiswal engaged in a heated argument during the fourth Test match at MCG regarding switching bails. The conversation started with Starc asking Jaiswal, "Is that superstition? Why did you change the bails back?" He did this while changing the bails of the non-strikers' end. The next thing Jaiswal did was change the bails again, saying, "I believe in myself, and that’s why I am here. I am just enjoying this moment in my life."
The Indian team are still 215 runs away from winning the game, with Jaiswal and Ravindra Jadeja batting on the crease. With just 31 overs left for the game to end, the batters just have a single session in their hands. By tea, their score was 112-3. KL Rahul was dismissed on a duck, which might hurt India later.
Pat Cummins claimed two wickets, while Starc got one. Apart from that, the Aussies tried almost all the bowlers they had on their team to break the partnership between Pant and Jaiswal. Together, the players have made a fourth-wicket partnership of 79 runs in 169 balls. However, Pant's resilience came to an end when he tried to hit a big shot against Travis Head but ended up getting caught.

Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli's flop show continues
Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have failed to impress once again in the second innings of the fourth Test match against Australia. They couldn't perform when the team required them the most. To win the game, India requires 340 runs, but Rohit and Kohli scored only nine and five runs, respectively. Former Australia player Callum Ferguson remarked Kohli, calling him a 'nicking machine'.
"A lot more than he was expecting in the over and now he goes across him with the wobbled seam. And again Virat Kohli with the 5th and 6th stump line cannot help himself flashing anything outside the off-stump. As you called it perfectly and Usman Khawaja is catching beautifully today. He has turned into a nicking machine. He can’t help himself 3/33 Game on," said Callum Ferguson.
