A video is making the rounds on social media in which a few RCB fans can be seen booing the star CSK all-rounder Shivam Dube with a remark, ‘Kabhi dekha hai star jersey pe (have you ever seen stars on your jersey).’ What caught the attention of the fans was the reaction from Shivam Dube in response to the booing by RCB fans. It all happened when Dube was approaching the dressing room after getting dismissed in a match of the ongoing IPL 2025.
In response to RCB fans, Shivam Dube paused for a moment before entering the dressing room and showed the stars on his CSK jersey before making a gesture towards the RCB fans. The video of this unexpected moment of Shivam Dube trolling back RCB fans has now gone viral on social media as soon as it was shared by a user on YouTube.
Speaking of Shivam Dube’s batting performances in the ongoing IPL 2025, he has been the top performer with the bat for CSK amidst the team’s dismal run in the tournament’s current season. He has scored 230 runs in eight innings, with a brilliant batting average of 38.33, including two unbeaten appearances and hitting a half-century.
Dube is also the leading run-scorer for his side in the ongoing Indian Premier League 2025. However, his performances have gone in vain so far as CSK are hitting rock bottom in the points table, with only two wins and six defeats in the standings.
In their last five games in the tournament’s current season, the five-time champions Chennai Super Kings are coming off four defeats, alongside only one win. They lost to MI by a big margin of 9 wickets. Now, they are on the brink of an exit from the tournament, as it looks quite hard for them to win six matches consecutively in the tournament.
